Harness with energy-absorbing lanyard
Comfortable harness with a Y-shaped lanyard featuring a built-in shock absorber — the centrepiece of any via ferrata route. Certified EN 12277 · EN 958.
Helmet
Lightweight, ventilated helmet, suitable for adults and children alike — protection against impacts and falling rocks. Certified EN 12492.
Zip-line pulley
A certified pulley to glide safely along the zip-lines found on most via ferratas in the Tarn Gorges. Certified EN 17109.

What to plan before your hire
ID
You'll be asked for a piece of ID for the duration of the hire, as a deposit.
Backpack
Bring a backpack with water and a snack — the activity lasts around 4 hours.
Good physical condition
No technical level required, but normal physical condition is recommended to make the most of the adventure.
